The working title for this song, from the Van Halen III album, was "Candyman."

Wolfgang and Eddie went searching for stones on the beach that resembled picks. Eddie used one of those stones to record the solo for this song.

The parts of this song, in which Eddie and Gary shared vocals, were recorded with a Shure 57 microphone.

This was the third U.S. radio single to be released from the album debuting on 07/27/98.
